Delivery place: factory located in Foshan, China, the nearest port of delivery is Nansha port in Guangzhou, or Shekou port in Shenzhen.

Delivery & Packaging: The model N-Series are modular houses, deliveryed with modular parts. one 40HQ can load a two-story house.

Assembly: this house is easy to assemble, 4 people can assemble one house in 3-4 days, no specialized equipment and

workers needed. And we will give you detailed assembly drawings and video assembly tutorials.

Installation: Prepare 4 concrete bases in advance and just place the house on the foundation. We have reserved utility hookups, just connect

to your local utility system and you are ready to live.
